At Girls’ Night In, we acknowledge that we have much work to do across all parts of our business in the pursuit of racial equity, diversity, and inclusion.
A pathway to racial equity at our company will mean that we must take corrective actions for missteps that had already been made and commit to this work with intention, and a clear plan of action.
